We wish to notify you that exchange of all items has to be done within 7 days from date of receive.
All exchange items should be unused and in complete original packaging box.

Requirements for Exchange:
Must include a valid original purchase order number from www.murano.com.sg or Authorised Dealers (Online&Offline). Purchases made outside of our website must contact respective seller for returns.
Exchange products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
Exchange products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum S$5 restocking fee.
Return shipping fee is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
Customer will be given an Exchange Product—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
